Elysium Hair Brisbane, an award-winning salon in Brisbane City, is after a fully qualified hairdresser with at least three years of post-qualification salon experience. They run a well-established business with a strong guest base, consistent bookings and organised systems, handling the marketing, stock, colour ordering and guest experience so stylists can focus on their craft. The role suits someone confident in both cutting and colouring, strong at consultations and comfortable managing a busy column. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with every weekend off across Saturday, Sunday and Monday. An Advanced Stylist on a 38-hour week earns a base salary of 76,550 dollars plus super, a guaranteed package over 85,700 dollars, plus bonuses and commission. Benefits include annual and personal leave, five weeks annual leave after five years, paid training and ongoing education, and quality products and tools provided. There are optional opportunities in mentoring, education and salon coordination for those interested.
