About the role

Sharda Hair in Pakenham is expanding its team and is after an experienced senior hairdresser to start immediately. The salon sits inside a shopping centre and is known for strong customer service and a relaxed, friendly culture. They want someone confident across cutting, styling, colouring and extensions who can hit the ground running and take pride in looking after guests. Applicants need a Certificate III in Hairdressing and 2 to 4 years of experience after qualifying. The role is part-time or casual, running roughly 20 to 30 hours per week. Pay follows the award: weekdays start at 36 dollars per hour and Saturdays at 46 dollars per hour, plus super. The shop also offers retail incentives, a performance bonus, an employee discount, and ongoing education and training. Overseas applicants are not being considered for this position, and applicants must have Australian work authorisation.
