About the role

Oscar Oscar Salons is looking for a senior stylist to join their Pacific Fair team at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, with full-time or part-time work available and flexible rostering to suit different lifestyles. The salon has run for over 30 years across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and offers a busy, well-appointed space with a loyal client base already in place. Pay is a competitive salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Salon coordinators handle bookings and guest care so stylists can focus on their work. They provide internal training programs and external education through brand partners, including opportunities such as Fashion Week backstage work and industry events. There are clear career pathways towards mentoring, internal education, salon partnership or leadership roles across the national network.
