About the role

The Tash Collective Studio in Clarkson is after an experienced senior hair stylist to join their team on a part-time or casual basis, with an immediate start available. They run a four-day week with Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off, offering genuine work-life balance and above award wages of $30 to $35 per hour. The salon puts a strong focus on education, personal growth and a supportive, non-competitive team culture. They work with brands including Eleven Australia, K18 and Angel Hair Extensions, and are the WA brand creators for Eleven Australia and Angel. Stylists get support to grow their personal brand and social media, plus team events and dinners. The right person holds a Certificate III in Hairdressing and is confident with colour, cutting and styling. Strong consultation and customer service skills are important, along with reliability and a team-first attitude. Extension experience is an advantage but not essential, with training offered to the right stylist.
