About the role

Lavya Hair Design in Toowoomba is looking for an experienced senior stylist as client demand has outgrown the current team. They are after a qualified hairdresser who is confident in both cutting and colouring, takes pride in their work and enjoys creating great client experiences. Pay is $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience, plus superannuation, penalty rates and performance-based commissions. The salon offers full-time, part-time and casual options with no Sundays and no late nights, so stylists can keep a genuine work-life balance. New team members walk into a busy salon with strong demand and the chance to build a full column. Existing clientele is welcome but not essential. Paid education and ongoing training are provided for those committed to developing their skills, and the team describes the environment as positive, respectful and supportive. Additional benefits include extended annual leave, profit sharing, relocation assistance and travel reimbursement. The salon has operated in Toowoomba for more than 12 years.
