About the role

w hair bar is a hair and beauty salon in Eastgardens, Sydney, after an experienced senior stylist for a full-time role. The position carries a leadership element, with the stylist mentoring and supporting junior team members through guidance, training and feedback. Day to day work covers cutting, colouring, styling and treatments for a varied client base, plus consultations to understand client goals and recommend suitable services and retail products. The stylist will help maintain salon hygiene and safety standards, contribute to stock management and keep up with current trends and techniques. They are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience, a current hairdressing qualification and proven ability across a range of services, along with strong communication and attention to detail. Pay ranges from 75,000 to 85,000 dollars per year.
