About the role

MR COMBS is an established barber shop and hair salon in the heart of Adelaide CBD. They are after a senior barber and hairdresser to join the team on a casual basis at award wages of $36.81 per hour. The role covers a full range of services: men's haircuts, skin fades and precision styling, along with beard trims, shaping and grooming. On the hairdressing side, the work includes ladies' cutting, colouring, foiling and highlighting, plus blow-drys and styling. Personalised consultations and strong customer service are a big part of the job, as is keeping the salon presentable, clean and hygienic. Candidates need proven experience as a senior barber and hairdresser, confidence in modern fades and beard grooming, and solid skills in ladies' colouring, foiling and styling. A professional appearance and team-oriented attitude are expected.
