About the role

HMB Barbers is hiring for its Keperra, Cannon Hill and Burpengary East shops in Brisbane. The company runs 18 stores across Queensland offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience, and is after skilled senior barbers or skilled apprentices looking to build a career. Day to day the role covers haircuts, beard trims and shaves delivered with efficiency and care, greeting clients, managing waitlists and following the customer journey standards. Barbers keep their workstation clean, sanitised and well stocked, process POS transactions, promote retail products and help maintain presentation across reception and waiting areas. They also follow WHS requirements, assist with stock control and promotions, and support and mentor junior team members. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, with pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
