Mans Barber Co is expanding its team in Woy Woy and is after three skilled barbers to join a modern, premium shop with a relaxed feel. They value a strong team culture, quality work and a good base of regular customers. Applicants should be experienced and confident with skin fades, tapers and classic cuts, along with beard trims and shaping. The shop wants people with strong attention to detail, good communication, and a reliable, professional and well-presented manner who take pride in their craft. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available with a flexible roster. Pay ranges from 30 to 45 dollars per hour depending on experience, with incentives and bonuses on offer for strong performers. There is also room to grow as the business develops. Interested barbers are asked to send a resume plus a few photos or videos of their work.
