About the role

Bladez & Co Clubman in Cooranbong is after an experienced barber who takes pride in their craft and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. The role is casual or contract, paying from $200 per day. They want someone with at least two years of barbering experience, strong attention to detail and consistently high standards. The work covers high-quality haircuts, beard trims and grooming services, along with creating a relaxed and welcoming experience for every client. Barbers are expected to recommend and sell retail grooming products that genuinely benefit clients, and to help keep the workstation and shared areas clean and organised, including basic daily shop duties. Reliability, professionalism and a genuine willingness to keep improving are important. Work is on site in person.
