About the role

Col Nayler Barbershop, a long-established Australian barbering brand, is hiring for its North Lakes and Joyner teams. They are after an experienced barber with at least three years hands-on, or a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice. The role suits someone with a positive, team-oriented attitude and high standards in service, presentation and client care. On offer are above award wages of 70,000 to 85,000 per year with performance-based increases, free ongoing training and education, and incentive programs with clear targets. There are pathways into senior and management roles, backed by strong leadership and mentorship. The shop also runs promotions and giveaways through the year, including cash prizes, high-end equipment and paid weekends away, plus team bonding events.
