Bob's Barbershop in Karingal, Frankston is looking for a skilled senior barber or hairdresser to join the team. Full-time, part-time and casual arrangements are available. The role covers the full range of barbering services: haircuts, beard trims, shaves and styling. Barbers consult with clients on their preferences, recommend services and products, and keep tools sterilised and the shop clean. Building lasting relationships with regulars and welcoming new customers is a big part of the job, along with managing bookings and keeping accurate service records. The shop wants a valid barbering qualification or completed apprenticeship recognised in Victoria, proven experience with a portfolio or client testimonials, and proficiency in clipper work, scissor techniques and straight razor shaving. Strong communication, attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards are expected. Pay ranges from 52,880 to 91,080 per year.
