About the role

Knucklehead Barbershop is growing and after a skilled, passionate barber to join their team in Melbourne. They run high-traffic, modern walk-in shops in Richmond and Hawthorn, with a loyal client base and a relaxed, collaborative crew. The preferred location can be discussed. They want someone with a strong eye for detail across both modern and classic cuts, who can keep clients comfortable and entertained in the chair. Required skills include classic fades, tapers, straight-razor shaves, beard trims and styling. At least two years of shop experience is preferred. The role is full-time, paying $35 to $50 an hour with penalty rates on Saturdays. They value a reliable, clean and positive professional.
