About the role

Big Barber is hiring a full-time barber for its shop inside Warringah Mall at Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The role sits within a shopping centre location and offers flexibility with shifts. Pay is above award, with the chance to work Sundays at a higher rate. The shop also runs bonuses on production and commissions on product sales, plus 12 percent superannuation. Day to day, the barber will cut and trim hair to each client's instructions, shave, trim and shape beards and moustaches, and offer styling suggestions. Big Barber is a growing franchise with more than 35 shops across Australia, so there is scope to be part of an established brand. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates already in Australia.
