About the role

Xclusive Barber Group is growing its team at the Coburg shop and wants ambitious barbers who are after more than just a chair. The shop aims to help barbers earn well, build a loyal client base and develop their own personal brand. Hours range from 24 to 48 per week, so both part-time and full-time arrangements are possible. Pay runs from 32 to 45 dollars an hour, with productivity bonuses, client retention and loyalty bonuses and retail product commission on top. Barbers keep their own tips. The shop provides existing clientele plus new clients through Xclusive marketing, an online booking system with organised appointments, and professional photo and video content. There is training and ongoing education, an employee mentoring program, transport assistance for eligible team members and free drinks. A clear career path is on offer from Barber to Senior Barber to Team Leader or Educator. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
