About the role

The Rusty Blade Barber Shop in Kew is after a fully qualified barber to join their team on a part-time or casual basis. They want someone with at least three years of professional barbering experience who is confident working across a wide range of clients, from young children through to adults. The role calls for skill with fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard trims and traditional barbering, and comfort handling all types of haircuts and styles. They value a friendly, professional and reliable manner, strong customer service and a positive attitude. The successful barber should be able to work independently as well as part of the team, taking pride in their work and building good relationships with clients. Pay starts from $34 per hour, with expected hours of no less than 24 per week. This is an in-person role based at the shop.
