Big Barber in Earlville is growing its team and is after a qualified barber or hairdresser to join a busy shop in the heart of the CBD. The shop offers haircuts for men, women, boys and girls, wet shaves, beard styling and a range of hair care products, and it runs with a team of barbers, receptionists and managers. They are looking for someone with strong cutting skills across both traditional and contemporary styles, good attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner. The ability to shave is a bonus but not essential. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are on offer with flexible arrangements. Pay is above award at $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus commission, bonuses and incentives, along with superannuation, workcover and annual leave. The shop provides ongoing training from industry leaders, generous appointment times and help with relocation and finding a place to live. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. Onshore candidates are preferred.
