About the role

The Bar.Ber St Kilda runs a lively, creative barbershop in the heart of St Kilda, known for sharp cuts and strong customer service. They are after a full-time qualified barber or hairdresser who is passionate about grooming and looking after clients. Day to day covers a broad range of haircuts and styling, skin fades, tapering and beard grooming, along with keeping the work area clean and taking part in team training. Applicants need a relevant hairdressing or barbering qualification and at least one year of full-time equivalent experience, with solid skills in fades, beard trims and modern styles. Hot towel shave experience is a plus but not essential, as training can be provided. The role pays a salary of 77,000 to 85,000 dollars a year plus ongoing bonuses and incentives. Shifts run eight hours with weekend availability required and no late-night trading. They offer regular training, a supportive team and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
