About the role

Big Barber in Wagga Wagga is expanding its team and is after a qualified barber or hairdresser to join a busy shop in the heart of the CBD. The shop offers haircuts for men and boys, wet shaves, beard styling and hair care products, and it runs with a team of barbers, receptionists and managers. They want someone with strong cutting skills across traditional and contemporary styles, good attention to detail, tidy presentation and solid customer service. The ability to shave is a plus but not essential, and apprentices as well as qualified staff are welcome. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available with flexible arrangements. On offer is an above award salary of 80,000 to 85,000 dollars a year with commission, bonuses and incentives, plus superannuation, workcover and annual leave. Ongoing training is provided by industry leaders, appointment times are generous, and relocation and housing assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is offered for the right candidate.
