Ace of Fadez is a premium gentlemen's barbering business with salons in Crows Nest and Lane Cove, Sydney. They are after an experienced barber to join their team full-time, with other arrangements also available. Pay sits above award at $77,000 to $108,000 per year plus performance-based commissions. Applicants must already be based in Australia with unrestricted work rights. Visa sponsorship may be offered, but only to eligible candidates after a minimum of three months working in the salon. The role covers high-end haircuts, beard trims, styling and grooming, client consultations and product recommendations, plus luxury extras such as hot towel treatments and steam facials. Staff also serve liquor as part of the client experience, with RSA certification covered. They want barbers with at least three to five years in a professional shop, strong scissor and clipper skills and availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Advanced training is offered. Bookings and rebookings are managed through Fresha.
