About the role

Off Hour Barber Studio in New Farm is after a skilled casual senior barber to join their team. This is a flexible role with expected hours of 16 to 22 per week. Pay runs from 36.81 to 45.00 dollars per hour, set at the Casual Level 3 Award rate or above depending on experience, plus 12 percent superannuation. Barbers keep 100 percent of their tips, minus card processing fees, and earn 10 percent commission on product sales excluding GST and fees. They want someone with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of senior barbering experience and a Trade Certificate, such as a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing or equivalent. Applicants should be proficient in modern cuts, fades, hot towel shaves and beard trims, with strong communication and customer service skills.
