Experienced barber, full-time

About the role

GKF Barber in Camberwell is after a skilled full-time barber to join their team. The role suits someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow a personal clientele in a supportive shop. Day to day the work covers quality haircuts, fades and tapers, along with straight razor shaves and beard trims and design. Building and maintaining your own client base is part of the job, and delivering a consistent client experience is expected. They are looking for at least two years of barbering experience, strong skills in fades, tapers, straight razor shaving and beard design, plus the drive to grow a following. Reliability and professionalism matter. Pay runs from 70,000 to 85,000 a year, with commission on top once performance KPIs are met. The position is full-time with paid annual leave and sick leave, based on-site at the Camberwell shop. Australian work authorisation is required.
