About the role

Fenrir Barbers is a new barbershop opening in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast. The shop is set to undergo a full renovation, so the successful barber will start in a brand new fit-out and help build the brand from the ground up. They are after talented barbers who take pride in their work and enjoy connecting with people, describing the ideal candidate as someone clients remember. Day to day the role covers quality cuts, fades, beard trims and styling for a growing and loyal clientele, keeping a clean and tidy station, and recommending retail products through genuine conversation rather than hard selling. Reliability, punctuality and being a team player are important. Pay runs from 32 to 47 dollars per hour. The shop is flexible on part-time or full-time hours for the right person and offers a structured, secure employment package with details covered at interview, plus a supportive team and room to grow as the business expands.
