About the role

Barbers After Dark is a new barbershop opening in Smeaton Grange in about five weeks, and they are hiring experienced barbers to join from day one. The shop is being built as a modern space with a focus on quality cuts, good service and an environment that barbers and clients enjoy. They offer flexible earning options: a competitive percentage per cut or a competitive hourly rate, both negotiable based on experience and skill, with strong earning potential for those who build and retain a clientele. As the name suggests, the shop leans into trading after traditional working hours, so applicants available for afternoons and evenings will be highly regarded. They are after barbers confident with fades, tapers, modern men's cuts, beard work and line-ups, who are reliable, professional and comfortable working independently. Staff get the chance to build their clientele with a brand new shop from the start. Applicants are asked to share their experience, availability and some photos or videos of their work.
