JB's Barbers is hiring experienced barbers to join their teams in Townsville, Queensland, where they run three shops in town. Full-time, part-time and casual hours are all available, with pay ranging from 38 to 65 dollars per hour depending on experience. A 2,500 dollar relocation incentive is offered for eligible candidates, conditions apply. Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, and sponsorship is available for the right candidate. The work involves delivering quality cuts, fades and modern styles, along with expert beard trims and grooming. Barbers are expected to maintain strong hygiene and safety standards, build good relationships with clients and keep the shop atmosphere positive and professional. They are after qualified barbers with strong cutting and fading skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
