About the role

Beaufort Street Barbers, operating under Realm26, is after an experienced barber to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full-time role in a modern, client-focused barbershop where quality service and presentation are valued. The successful barber will deliver a full range of services including cutting, styling, beard trims, shaves and treatments, consult with clients on their preferences, and offer professional recommendations. Maintaining strong hygiene and presentation across the shop is expected, along with staying current on trends, techniques and products. They want someone who holds a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing or equivalent, with at least two years of relevant barbering experience and strong technical skills across a variety of services and styles. Good communication, tidy presentation and attention to detail matter, as does the ability to work both independently and within a team. The shop offers a salary of 90,000 to 100,000 dollars per year, stable long-term work, and room to grow within an expanding brand.
