Division Barber Co in Avalon on Sydney's northern beaches is after an experienced, fully qualified hairdresser or barber to join the team full-time. This is a hands-on role in a busy, high-standard barbershop, delivering premium men's haircutting, styling and beard grooming. Day to day work covers a full range of men's cuts, styling, beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments. They want someone who consistently gives high-quality service and builds a loyal client base, keeps a clean and professional work station, and advises clients on suitable hair and grooming products. Applicants need at least 3 years experience as a qualified hairdresser or barber, strong technical skills across a range of cutting and styling techniques, and solid communication and customer service. The role runs on a rotating roster that includes weekends. Pay is between 52,880 and 98,000 dollars per year.
