About the role

Fade Game Pty Ltd is a modern, high-performance barbershop known for precision fades, contemporary men's styling and beard work. They are expanding and looking to fill three full-time positions across their busy Melbourne shops. The pay is $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus superannuation. Day to day the role covers men's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, clipper cuts and scissor cuts, along with beard trimming and shaping, hot towel shaves and facial grooming. Barbers consult with clients on their styling needs, manage both walk-ins and appointments, and keep accurate client records where needed. Equipment must be sterilised to Australian health and safety standards, and professional presentation is expected at all times. Applicants need a recognised qualification in barbering or hairdressing and at least two years of experience as a barber, with strong skills in fades, modern cuts, beard shaping and razor techniques.
