About the role

Castaway Barbers has been operating on the Sunshine Coast since 2015 and has built a loyal and growing client base. The shop is known for quality service and a positive customer experience, with a close-knit team led by founders Linny and Jeff and the family. Due to growth, they are after an experienced barber to run their own chair. The role focuses on delivering best in market service and includes some training where needed. They want someone skilled across all types of cuts and styles, with strong communication, high integrity, a solid work ethic and a mindset for keeping the workplace fun. In return, the shop offers full-time or casual work Monday to Saturday, full support from the founders, an engaged team and an established base of loyal customers. Pay is in the range of 35 to 45 dollars per hour.
