About the role

They are after a fully qualified hairdresser, stylist or barber with salon experience to join their team in Daylesford, the spa capital of Victoria. Newly qualified or third year applicants with little experience are welcome to reach out for a chat. The role can be full-time or part-time with flexibility built around the team's needs and a focus on work life balance. Pay is 30 to 38 dollars per hour, backed by a generous bonus structure, monthly team incentives and individual commissions. Staff receive products at cost, complimentary hair and beauty services every six to eight weeks, ongoing education and training, plus social events. There is a day off for Christmas Eve and Easter Saturday, and Saturdays off during winter. The salon is non toxic, organic and sustainable, serving the local community and specialising in styling, extensions, bridal, men's work and transformations. Applicants need a driver's licence, a reliable car, strong presentation and a team focused attitude.
