Townsville Just Cuts is after qualified hairdressers to join their team across three locations: Castletown, Aitkenvale and Willows. Both casual and full-time positions are available, offering flexibility and a good work life balance in a busy salon. The focus is style cutting for men and women, with no colour work involved, no need to bring your own clientele, and no Sunday work. Pay is above the award, including superannuation and incentives, within a range of 64,000 to 80,000 dollars per year. The shop provides ongoing training, rewards and recognition, along with operations and retail training, as part of the largest franchisee hairdressing company in the southern hemisphere. They are looking for someone passionate about cutting, confident promoting Justice haircare and styling products, well presented, with good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Applicants need a hairdressing qualification with a minimum of two years experience. Visa sponsorship is available for the right applicant, who must already be in Australia.
