About the role

The Mooi Collective is a growing hair and beauty space in Yanchep, WA, after an experienced and confident hairdresser to join the team. This is a casual role starting at 7.5 to 25 hours per week, with hours increasing as clientele builds. Working hours are flexible, though weekend availability is essential. There is an initial 3-month probationary period, with the chance to move into an ongoing permanent position. Permanent team members can access a KPI-based bonus incentive program. The salon works with De Lorenzo professional and retail products and offers support to help you grow and retain your own client base. Applicants need a minimum of 3 years post-trade experience and a recognised Australian or UK hairdressing qualification. They are looking for someone confident working independently, with strong consultation and customer service skills, a focus on client retention and rebooking, and comfort recommending home-care and retail products. Pay is $29.45 to $36.81 per hour, set by employment type, experience and Award requirements.
