They offer above award wages plus a generous commission structure, flexible hours and a strong commitment to education through both in-salon and external training. The salon supports staff to grow professionally and personally throughout their career. The ideal candidate is a team player with a friendly, professional manner, is well presented and passionate about customer service. They are after an exceptional colourist and stylist who can work under pressure, bring a stable work history, and build and maintain a strong clientele. Applicants must be qualified with a minimum of two years experience. A passion for hair and fashion, good communication skills and self motivation round out the role.
