Hairdresser, full-time salon role

About the role

The Mooi Collective is after an experienced, confident hairdresser to join their salon in Yanchep, the only commercial hairdresser in the area. The business combines hair and beauty services and is currently restructuring and expanding its team. They want someone with a strong work ethic who can follow policies and procedures while keeping the workplace honest and drama free. The role covers delivering quality hairdressing, managing appointments efficiently, recording client notes consistently, and keeping a clean workspace. The salon uses De Lorenzo products and offers ongoing product, colour and technical training and support. Applicants need at least three years qualified experience, not counting an apprenticeship. An all round skill set is expected, with a specialty seen as an advantage, such as short cuts, precision cuts, razor work, blonde or lived in colour, and vivids. Comfort with social media content is part of the role. Pay runs from 37 to 45 dollars an hour. A trade test and pre interview questionnaire may apply.
