Salon Yazbek is an award winning boutique salon in Neutral Bay, about five minutes from the Sydney CBD and easy to reach by public transport. They are after an experienced hairdresser to join a friendly, vibrant and professional team. The role calls for at least two years of salon experience, confidence across both cutting and colouring, a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a great client experience. Good presentation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude matter, along with the ability to work independently and as part of the team. Pay is a full-time salary of 77,000 to 90,000 dollars a year, plus generous uncapped bonuses and incentives. The owner is an Australian Hairdresser of the Year finalist for 2024 and 2025 and offers ongoing paid training and support for further skill development. The salon provides a young, dynamic team environment, loyal clients and opportunities to build a portfolio and take part in creative projects.
