Barber Lab is an award winning salon in Perth with a loyal client base and a friendly, talented team. They are after a full-time hairdresser to join the crew. The role offers above award wages plus a generous commission structure, flexible hours and a strong commitment to education through both in-salon and external training. The team supports staff to grow professionally and personally over their career. Applicants need to be qualified with at least two years of experience and should be an exceptional colourist and stylist. The shop is looking for a team player who is friendly and professional, well presented and passionate about customer service, with excellent communication skills and a stable work history. The ideal candidate is self motivated, able to work under pressure and capable of building and maintaining a strong clientele, with a genuine passion for hair and fashion. Pay is 70,000 to 90,000 per year. There is also a referral program on offer.
