About the role

Just Cuts Townsville is after qualified hairdressers to join their team across three locations: Castletown, Aitkenvale and Willows. Both full-time and casual positions are on offer, giving flexibility for work life balance in a busy salon environment. The focus is style cutting for men and women, with no colour work and no need to bring your own clientele. There is no Sunday work. Pay is above the award and includes superannuation and incentives, with the salary range set between 64,000 and 85,000 per year. Staff receive ongoing training, rewards and recognition along with full entitlements, plus operations and retail training. They are looking for people who enjoy making guests feel good about themselves, are confident promoting Justice haircare and styling products, are well presented and communicate well within a team. A minimum of two years qualified experience is required. Visa sponsorship is available for the right applicant, who must already be in Australia.
