Baaz Production Pty Ltd, trading as Desi Barber Toongabbie, is a busy community salon known for modern techniques and friendly service. They are after a full-time hairdresser to join a growing team. The role involves managing your own bookings, delivering premium services including cuts, colour treatments and styling for a mostly female clientele, and keeping the salon clean and presentation high. There is a leadership element too: the successful stylist will mentor and support junior team members and help drive the styling team's success. Recommending retail products and advising clients on hair care are part of the day, along with building repeat relationships. The shop wants a minimum of two years of local professional experience across cutting, colouring and styling all hair types, plus a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent. Experience with colour correction, advanced colouring or specialised treatments is preferred. Pay runs from 79,000 to 89,000 dollars a year plus superannuation. Located at Portico Parade, Toongabbie.
