Fresh Futures Hair and Beauty Lounge is expanding its team in Alice Springs and welcomes qualified hairdressers, qualified barbers, recent graduates and salon assistants. Applications are open to people already living in Alice Springs as well as those elsewhere in Australia willing to relocate, including from Adelaide, Melbourne, Darwin, Sydney and Brisbane. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are on offer depending on qualifications, skills and availability. Depending on experience, duties can include cutting, styling, fades, colouring, blow-drying, braiding, beard grooming, hair treatments and client consultations. Assistant roles do not require a full qualification and cover shampooing, conditioning, basic blow-drying, preparing clients, cleaning workstations and reception. They are after reliable, friendly people with good customer service skills who can work independently or in a team. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. The salon is located at Shop 22A, Alice Springs Coles Complex. Pay ranges from 52,880 to 90,876 per year. New and newly qualified graduates are encouraged to apply.
