All equipment is provided, so you only need to bring your own scissors. Ongoing education and training is on offer, along with pathways into management and ownership. Day to day, they are after someone who can deliver quality Style Cuts and styling, provide strong customer service, give clients expert advice, sell retail and work well within the team. Confidence across all aspects of haircutting and barbering is expected. They value reliable, punctual and enthusiastic team members who support the salon culture.
