About the role

Blowbar & Co Salon is a brand-new, modern salon in Northcote and is building its founding team. They are after senior hairdressers, stylists and 3rd and 4th year apprentices who enjoy creating cuts, colours, blow-dries and styles, working with blondes and extensions, and giving clients a personalised experience. The role also involves consultations, retailing haircare products, keeping the salon tidy and staying current with trends and education. Hours vary depending on each applicant's experience, availability and role, with flexible arrangements open for discussion. Saturday availability is essential, with shifts running 8am to 4pm, while weekdays start at 10am. The salon plans to open Sundays and Mondays and eventually trade seven days a week. They want people with strong skills in colouring, blondes, styling and extensions, good communication, professional presentation and a team-first attitude.
