About the role

Blow Bar Co in Balmain is after a talented hairstylist to join their styling team on a part-time or casual basis. The salon is one of Sydney's leading destinations for blow dries, styling and makeup, working across bridal, special events, editorial shoots and everyday glam. Day to day the role involves creating blow dries, upstyles, braids and event hair, delivering strong customer service and keeping current with the latest trends and techniques. The team also takes part in weddings, campaigns and media opportunities. They want someone who is creative, motivated, brings positive energy and has a genuine passion for continuous learning. Hairstyling experience is expected. On offer is ongoing training through the Blow Bar Academy, monthly masterclasses with industry educators, career growth within an expanding brand, fun team events and an inclusive salon culture. Pay is competitive with commission, plus staff discounts on services and products. The work is in person at the Balmain salon.
