About the role

Rephair is a premium men's hair-replacement studio in Robina on the Gold Coast, working with a loyal base of recurring clients. They are after a qualified barber ready to grow beyond traditional barbering into non-surgical hair-system work. The primary focus is delivering high-quality cutting, fading, blending and styling for men, then progressing into hair-system preparation, fitting, maintenance and rebonding through full training. Previous hair-system experience is not needed: the studio provides specialised training. The role also covers discreet client care, assisting with bookings and light daily admin, capturing before-and-after content, and helping create authentic social media posts. Applicants need a recognised barbering or hairdressing qualification, strong men's cutting skills, good presentation and attention to detail, and comfort communicating with hair-loss clients with discretion. The shop offers hands-on training and ongoing support in a growing area of the industry, along with plans for future locations, products and career pathways. Pay is 52,880 to 60,000 dollars per year. This is a full-time, in-person position.
