Just Cuts in Mackay is looking for a qualified stylist to join their team of expert haircutters. This is a cutting-focused role with no chemical work, and all equipment is provided. Stylists step into an established, busy client base and deliver quality Style Cuts and styling. The shop wants someone confident across all aspects of haircutting and barbering, who provides excellent customer service, offers clients expert advice and recommends retail. Being a reliable, punctual and enthusiastic team player who supports the salon culture and maintains brand systems is important. The role pays between 35 and 50 dollars per hour, with flexible hours to suit different lifestyles. New starters receive an onboarding bonus of 1000 dollars for full-time, 500 dollars for part-time and 250 dollars for casual. Ongoing education and training is offered, along with career paths into management and ownership. Just Cuts is a family-owned business with more than 220 salons globally and their own Justice haircare range.
