This starts as a casual role with consistent hours and a genuine pathway to full-time for the right person. The shop is a premium, modern coastal space with quality finishes, sports on TV and a bar where adults can enjoy a drink while they wait. Clients range from kids having their first haircut to professionals wanting a premium grooming experience. They are after someone confident with skin fades, tapers, beard work and modern styles, and comfortable cutting both adults and kids. Strong clipper and scissor skills, good communication and reliable presentation are important, along with a willingness to keep learning. Pay runs from $35 to $45 per hour based on experience.
