About the role

HT Barbershop in Mitchelton, Brisbane is a standards-driven shop hiring two experienced senior barbers for permanent full-time work. This is a senior-only shop with no trainees, backed by strong walk-in traffic and steady client demand. They are after barbers with at least five years of experience who deliver consistent, well-finished haircuts, communicate well with clients, and turn up reliable, punctual and professional. Capturing photos and short videos of your work is a normal part of the role and is covered during onboarding. The base salary is $79,423 per year, exclusive of superannuation, with on-target earnings lifted by tips, performance incentives, and client retention and productivity bonuses. The shop offers a predictable roster, above-award pay with performance-based increases, free ongoing training and education, and clear progression into senior, leadership or management roles.
