About the role

Confident Man is a modern, industrial-style barbershop on Hood Street in Subiaco, surrounded by cafes, retail and strong local foot traffic. The shop sits close to Subiaco train station and bus routes, with free parking nearby to keep clients coming back. They run an online booking system and marketing support to keep the chair busy, and the shop is open Tuesday to Saturday. They are after a senior barber to join the team full-time, delivering consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced setting while keeping the vibe friendly and professional. The role covers client consultations and style advice, high hygiene and station standards, product recommendations and keeping the shop tidy. A Certificate III in Barbering and a minimum of 2 to 3 years senior experience are required, with confidence in skin fades, clipper work, scissor cutting, classic styles, beard shaping, line-ups and cut throat face and head shaves. Pay runs $30 to $40 per hour. Rostering includes Saturdays and Christmas hours. Permanent residents and citizens only, no sponsorship.
