Senior barber, full-time

About the role

Barber Bros & Co is a premium barbershop on the Gold Coast with a loyal client base. They are after an experienced senior barber to join the team full-time and help maintain the shop's reputation for precision grooming and strong customer service. The role covers modern and traditional techniques: skin and taper fades, scissor cuts, clipper work, beard trims and hot towel shaves. Barbers also consult with clients on styles, recommend and sell grooming products, and keep their station clean and organised. Applicants need a relevant barbering qualification or at least 5 years of experience, proven skill across fades, scissor cutting, beard grooming and modern styling, and solid communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required is expected. Pay is between $80,000 and $96,400 per year plus superannuation. The shop offers stable full-time work, a supportive team, and ongoing training and career development in a busy established barbershop.
