This is a senior-barber-only shop with no trainees, backed by strong walk-in traffic and steady client demand. They are after barbers with at least five years of experience who deliver consistent, well finished haircuts, communicate well and stay reliable and punctual. Capturing photos and short videos of your work is a normal part of the role and is explained during onboarding. The base salary is 79,423 dollars per year, exclusive of superannuation, with on-target earnings that include tips, performance incentives, and client retention and productivity bonuses.
