About the role

Just Cuts at Floreat Forum is looking for a senior hair stylist to join their team. The salon works in a non-chemical environment, focusing on style cutting, shampoos, dry-offs and blow waves. They also stock their own retail brand, JUSTICE Professional, sold exclusively in their salons. Employment is flexible with full-time, part-time or casual arrangements to suit the applicant's lifestyle. Casual pay runs from $37 to $46 per hour plus performance bonuses, with a $1,000 sign on bonus and weekly pay. The role includes superannuation, full entitlements, free parking, all equipment on site and ongoing training. They are after someone proficient in advanced cutting, styling and blow-drying for all hair types, comfortable cutting ladies', men's and kids' hair. A Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent and a minimum of two years' professional experience are required, along with full Australian work rights. No clientele is required and the salon runs no appointment and no request system.
